Inspecting for surface and subsurface discontinuities, HSI's state of the art equipment can accommodate parts up to 144" long and 50" in diameter, in prototype or production run volumes.  The process detects cracks, laps, seams, inclusions and linear porosity, which can compromise the strength and integrity of the part, due to material and manufacturing defects.

Our craft is performed under strict procedural guidelines on frequently calibrated equipment in order to meet the most exacting standards of quality excellence.  In addition to our Nadcap accreditation, we are also approved by many aerospace prime and sub-prime contractors.
